Our Story
Blueprint LetCo was founded by Jane Leonard and Rachel McLane bringing together performance-led execution and design intelligence, grounded in real-world property experience.
Both Jane and Rachel have been hands-on landlords for over 10 years, giving them first-hand understanding of what makes a property work over time from layout and durability to maintenance, compliance, and financial performance.
Rachel is the founder and creative director of Rachel McLane Ltd (RML), an established interior architecture and design studio with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across the UK. Her design approach prioritises practicality, longevity, and spaces that stand up to everyday use.
Jane brings a background shaped by high-pressure, results-driven environments, with over 25 years’ experience across elite sport, the military, and professional performance settings. Her role focuses on strategy, delivery, and ensuring projects move from concept to completion with clarity and momentum.
